    Brian Andrews

    Brian Andrews has more than three decades of global experience working with major news brands, local governments, and legal teams.


    Brian has served as the lead crisis management consultant for dozens of municipal governments who were faced with high profile issues garnering media attention.  He's served as a trusted adviser to legal teams in complex criminal and civil cases.  Brian is also a veteran media trainer who holds training certifications from FEMA and the NTSB.


    On the media production side, Brian has been contracted by big name news agencies in the US & Canada.  He has served as a contract correspondent on major stories and senior field producer for national documentary projects and streaming series.

    Colombia's First Anchorman in English

    Brian created Colombia's "Noticias en Ingles" for RCN in 2008. The project was launched as online video was just gaining in popularity. 

    Latin America's News in English

    Brian served as News Director and Lead Anchor for Latin America's News in English produced in Bogota for NTN24.

    Freelance Correspondent in Latin America

    Brian reported from Colombia and Venezuela as a freelancer for both CBS News and the Miami Herald on political tensions in the region during the Hugo Chavez era.

    Miami Anchorman

    Brian was an anchorman in Miami, New York and Bogota.

    Intrepid Miami TV News Reporter

    Brian travelled all over in the early 2000's as the Senior Reporter for Miami's CBS station.

    Peru Earthquake

    Brian was in Lima and Pisco, Peru in August 2007

     for coverage of the deadly earthquake.

    Brian started his career at Miami's WSVN-TV reporting on huge stories including the Versace murder, Timothy McVeigh Trial, Valujet Crash, and various major storms.

    Cocaine Commandos

    Brian travelled to the border of Colombia and Ecuador to produce this special report on the Jungle Commandos in the late 1990's for Miami's WSVN-TV.

    Drug Plane Intercept Training

    Brian flew with the US Coast Guard Falcon Jet team out of Opa-Locka Airport for Miami's WSVN-TV in the early 1990's..
